It is easy to avail of our "Free Shipping" offer. If your order total is equal to or greater than $189.00 and the shipping address is within the 48 contiguous United States, you quality for our free shipping offer. Just enter the code FRSHIP in the box for "Free Shipping" and your order will be shipped by UPS or USPS ground at no charge. We regret that Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are excluded from this free ground shipping promotion. Normal processing time will apply. Rush orders are not included in this promotion. Phone and faxed orders are not eligible for this promotion. Purchases made through our BNB Recommends site, which is a third-party Web site, are also ineligible for this offer.
Other "Free Shipping" restrictions that apply are listed below:
- Cannot be combined with other special offers, including affiliate site offers, or promotional gift certificates.
- Cannot be applied to previous or pending purchases
- Qualifying amount excludes heavy items that incur additional shipping charge
- Applies only to in stock items, no rain checks on Free Shipping
- One per physical address only
Returning items
If you received our free shipping offer, but decided to return any item(s) in that order which effectively decreased your total order below $189, we reserve the right to charge you the original shipping charge. In other words, the shipping portion will be charged to you less the items returned. You will still have to pay for any return shipping when applicable. Therefore, refunded amount for returned item may not result in any actual refund if item is less than the standard rate for shipping and handling for the total re-adjusted amount of purchase.

Please read carefully the following information so you have a clear understanding of our shipping policies and delivery times. Your order will be shipped either by UPS ground or USPS at our discretion. If you need to expedite your order, please call us toll free at 1-800-894-0354 or email us at
customerservice@bridalnbeauty.com. Include the item number of the product you wish to purchase, the amount, the date you want to receive it and the address where you want the product to ship.
Shipping Cost
The following table applies to orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. There will be an additional $15.00 shipping and handling charges for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or other USA territories. Orders over $189 going outside the 48 contiguous states will be charged the actual shipping charge based on weight. International shipping is currently unavailable. The cost of the shipping is specified during the checkout process. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation for your order. This e-mail will contain details of your order including your order number, product description and amount due. A second e-mail will be sent once your order is shipped. Should your order come from different shipping origin, you will receive the order in separate shipment and we will notify you by e-mail.

There may be instances in which our manufacturers, fulfillment centers or drop shippers will ship your order thru another carrier such as Fed-Ex, DHL, US Post Office even though your order might have indicated UPS ground. It is our intent to deliver your order to you as quickly and safely as possible, therefore some other delivery choices may be made without first notifying you. Please email us if you have specific delivery instructions and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping Time
Most orders leave our warehouse or fulfillment center within 3-7 business days (not including weekends) from date of order. Please estimate about 7-10 days for delivery time from the date the order is shipped.
Products that may require more lead time, such as engraved or handcrafted products, will have availability time posted in each product page.
Some products maybe shipped directly from our manufacturer's warehouse or from our fullfillment centers.
Pricing and Availability
Pricing and availability of our products are subject to change without notice. Any quoted price provided by Bridal 'N Beauty will be honored for a period of 10 days. After that time, the price may be subject to price increased imposed by our suppliers.
Shipping Contingencies
In cases where the product is out of stock, but we are expecting the product to arrive to our warehouse, we will notify you and you have the option to wait for the product availability, cancel your order or choose a different product. Your account will not be charged until prior to shipment. If the product is not expected to arrive in time for your expected date, you have the option to cancel your order or choose a different product. Either way, we will notify you by e-mail.
Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address such as Apartment numbers, or Suite number for business addresses delivery. Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
If you make a mistake, or provide insufficient delivery information, shipping company will charge an additional delivery fee or address correction fee ($5.00 -$10.00), which will in turn be passed on to you. We do not ship to PO Box or AFO/FPO addresses. If you are not home during the day, you may wish to ship to a work address. If your order is going to your work address, be sure to include the business name, floor or building number, suite or room number and any relevant information.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that addresses given to us as shipping destination will be received by the customer. If package is left at the door, it will be the customers sole responsibility to ensure receipt.
In the event customer makes any alteration to shipping address after package has been scanned into the UPS system, Bridal 'N Beauty is not responsible for any delay or additional charges that may incur as a result of changes made by the customer.
