No. Our stock changes frequently and a print catalog will easily become outdated. In addition, this decision lowers our overhead costs, which enables us to pass the savings to you, our clients.

Do you ship outside the United States?
At the present time we ship only within the 50 United States and its territories. The shipping charges posted are for the 48 contiguous states only. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories will be $15.00 additional to the rates posted for the 48 contiguous states.

What does "handcrafted" that is shown on some products mean?
"handcrafted" products are either made-by-hand and/or customizable items that can be altered to suit your needs and taste. These items include products that are exclusively distributed by Bridalnbeauty.com and some items from our suppliers. Back to the list
What is your return policy?
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to
acceptance of the returned product. Please call Customer Service toll free at 1-800-894-0354 with the order number and the name appearing on the "Ship to" line
for the RMA number and record this number on your return address to receive
proper credit. Shipping and processing charges are not refundable. We do not charge restocking fee for orders valued under $100. For orders over $100 (not including shipping and handling charges), a 15% restocking fee will be incurred. Credit on returns are limited to the item(s) original cost at the time of purchase.
RMA numbers must be requested within 10 days of receipt of your order. Item(s) returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Returned merchandise must be in reusable condition. Authorized returns
must be received by Bridal 'N Beauty within 15 business days after you receive
your RMA number. Expired RMA returns will be refused on delivery and returned
to sender.
For security reason, please return your item with an insured courier (FedEX, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Bridal 'N Beauty is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
There are no returns on customized and personalized items. Errors
on personalized items (misspelled, obvious wrong color, i.e., red instead of
white) that were made by Bridal 'N Beauty will be replaced at no charge
including shipping costs.
We can not guarantee that the color you see in your screen is the
true shade or color of the item. To ensure that you are picking the right
shade of color, you can order a sample item. You will be charged for 1 item
price plus shipping and handling.

Can I cancel my order anytime?
You can not cancel an order once it has been received and processed. We usually process our orders around 2 pm Pacific Time (PT) unless you request for a rush delivery. If you ordered in the morning, you can cancel your order by calling toll free 1-800-894-0354 prior to 2 pm PT. If you changed your mind after the order is processed, we will require you to please follow our return policy.

How soon do I get my ordered items?
Most orders leave our warehouse within 3-7 business days (not including weekends) from date of order. Please estimate about 7-10 days for delivery time from the date the order is released to UPS or USPS. Products that may require more lead time, such as engraved or handcrafted products, will have availability time posted in each product page. Some products maybe shipped directly from our manufacturer's warehouse or from our fulfillment centers. Back to the list

We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers. Our website uses 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions and Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information. Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to destinations outside the state of California. However, if your order will be shipped to within California, we will pay your sales tax. Back to the list
Do you have a minimum quantity requirement?
Most of the products offered by Bridal 'N Beauty do not require minimum quantities. Minimum quantity is listed for each product in the detail product description, if required. You are welcome to place an order in any quantity above our minimum order or in lots as stated in the product description. If you would like to see a product prior to making a purchase, you are welcome to place a sample order. You will be charged for that 1 item and our regular shipping and handling charges. What methods of payment do you accept?
Bridal 'N Beauty accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit card payments. Your credit card account will show charge from Aqbiz Inc, our corporate office. If you prefer, we can process your transaction by phone, fax or mail. Call us toll free at 1-800-894-0354 during our business hours [9:00am to 6:00pm PST], fax us at 1-562-809-2607 or mail your order to Customer Service. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Please make check payable to Aqbiz, Inc. All orders by personal checks shall be processed and shipped once payment has been received. How does your "price guarantee" work?
If you find a cheaper price elsewhere for the identical product prior to purchasing from Bridal 'N Beauty, we will meet or beat the competitor's price. The following are the necessary criteria: (a) the item must be an identical product, i.e., the same color, make, manufacturer, packaging, condition (new; not a returned or used merchandise), etc.; (b) the competitor's offering must be current and product must be in stock; (c) sales tax and shipping and handling charges will be included when we calculate the total competitor's price you wanted us to match; (c) the total price must be verifiable either from their website or through a printed ad; (d) competitor must be an authorized vendor; and (e) "Discount Coupon" or "sales" offers cannot be considered in the price match calculation. How do I qualify for "FREE" wedding favor samples?
Some brides are a little hesitant to order wedding favors through catalogs or internet without actually seeing and touching the wedding favors; and we respect that. So, we are offering you "FREE" samples and this is how it works:
- All our wedding favors are available for sample orders with the exception of personalized, edible or items sold in a set. For wedding favors that have no minimums or those that have "Samples Available" info, you can order them directly from our website
- For wedding favors that have minimums, you still might be able to choose your wedding favor samples from this group, although not directly through our website. In this situation, call us toll free at 1-800-894-0354 or send us an email at info@bridalnbeauty.com to get a quotation on how much the sample package would cost at no obligation for you to buy.
- When you order the favors, you will be charged for the unit costs of the favors plus our normal shipping fee.
- Place your full order of $79 or more within 30 days from your sample order purchase. The order must include at least one of the sample favors you previously ordered.
- Send us an email with the full order number of your sample purchase and we will credit the cost of your sample order up to $8.00. The sample order shipping cost is not refundable.
