How do I navigate through the Bridal'N Beauty store?
Bridal 'N Beauty strives to make your shopping experience pleasant and fun. There are several ways to find the product or gift you want. Use the tabs at the top of the page or our navigation tabs located on the left-hand margin. It provides links to each of our website's product categories such as "Wedding Ceremony” or "Wedding Reception", and their subcategories such as "Wedding Sets" and "Cake Toppers", respectively. Or you can search by typing the product name or SKU (item number) in our search box. It is that simple! If you get lost, or want to return to something you saw in a previous screen, you can use the breadcrumb of links on the upper bar to retrace your steps.

What are the benefits of registering as a new customer at Bridal 'N Beauty?
There are many benefits of creating an account. Among them are:

How do I make a purchase?
Simply navigate to the prod uct you are interested in purchasing, then click the thumbnail or the product description. (or you can also simply click on “Add to Cart” button.) This will bring you to the ordering page. Some items have variations of the product such as color, size, etc. Choose the variation you want and click on the "Add to cart" button. This will add the item to your shopping cart. If you wish to buy more than one of a product, change the quantity and click "Update Shopping Cart". To delete an item, simply click the garbage can icon under the "Remove". If you wish to purchase another item, click on “Continue Shopping” find the item you want and repeat the process of making your choices; clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.
You can check on an estimated shipping and/or tax charge on this page. Simply enter your shipping destination (state and zip code). When you are finished, click on “Get A Quote". Choose the shipping method and click on “Update Total”. Check your order and if everything looks good, click on “Proceed To Checkout”. You will be asked to sign in with your registered account or sign in as guest. You will be asked to input the billing and shipping addresses. Your billing address is the address where your credit card statement is sent. If you do not wish to create a Bridal'N Beauty customer account, your order will be stored for 2 hours. You can check over your order at any time by clicking the "My Cart" logo located in the right navigation bar. If you created a customer account, you will be able to store and/or review your order (up to one year) each time you visit Bridal'N Beauty.

Can I have my order sent to more than one address?
Yes, it is possible. However, you will need to register an account. Shipping to multiple addresses is not allowed under a “guest” account.

Do you have printed catalogues?
Bridal'N Beauty does not carry a print catalog at this time. We feature all of our products on our website. Please visit http://www.bridalnbeauty.com to view our selection of wedding accessories and gifts.

What are my payment options?
Bridal 'N Beauty accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit card payments. Your card will be charged by AQBiz Inc, our corporate office. We also accept cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks. Please make check payable to AQBiz, Inc. All orders by personal checks shall be processed and shipped once payment has been received. A $50.00 NSF charge will be added to your account for bounced checks.

Do you charge sales tax?
No, unless your order is shipped to destinations within the state of California (9.25%).

Is my online transaction secure?
Bridal'N Beauty assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) certified by Alpha SSL to encrypt all of your personal information. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records.

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until we are sure that the item(s) you ordered are available for shipping. For personalized items, your credit card will be charged prior to the start of personalization. Please note that if you purchase multiple items you will be charged when the first one ships. At that time you will receive an update on the status of all additional items. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions pertaining to your order.

Can I cancel my order after I submit it?
You can not cancel an order once it has been received and processed. We usually process our orders around 2 pm Pacific Time (PT) unless you request for a rush delivery. If you ordered in the morning, you can cancel your order by calling toll free 1-800-894-0354 prior to 2 pm PT. If you changed your mind after the order is processed, we will require you to please follow our return policy.
