Your order will be shipped by UPS or USPS ground at no charge. We regret that Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are excluded from this free ground shipping promotion. Normal processing time will apply. RETURNING ITEMS BOUGHT WITH FREE SHIPPING
If you received our free shipping offer, but decided to return any item(s) in that order which effectively decreased your total order below $149, we reserve the right to charge you the original shipping charge. In other words, the shipping portion will be charged to you less the items returned. You will still have to pay for any return shipping when applicable. Therefore, refunded amount for returned item may not result in any actual refund if item is less than the standard rate for shipping and handling for the total re-adjusted amount of purchase. Please ask us for a "Return Authorization" number before you ship the items to us.
